FamilyEASE—
FamilyEASE programs offer a variety of supports for a family member with a
disability. These programs are designed to meet the consumer’s needs in the most
effective, cost-efficient way possible.
Life@Home—
Life@Home provides assistance to people with developmental disabilities
to live in their own home.
Homes Offering
Support and Training (H.O.S.T.)—H.O.S.T. for Adults allows adults
with disabilities the opportunity to thrive in a family environment and choose
to live with a host family. H.O.S.T. for Kids and Adolescents provides
placements to children and adolescents in a host family model.
EmployABILITY— EmployABILITY focuses on customized employment options
for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities to fit the needs of
both the job seeker and the employer.
Community Life—GCSS’ day programs provide opportunities for adults
with developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities within
their own communities.
Beyond
Behavior— Beyond Behavior supports individuals with developmental
disabilities and mental health issues around behavior change.
Synergy Services—Synergy Services helps troubled adolescents who have
been referred to us by the juvenile justice system.
Quality Companion Care and Nursing— Quality Companion Care provides
personal support services to seniors and others who are at risk of being placed
in a nursing home or other long-term care facility.
You’re the
Man— You’re The Man is an auxiliary program of GCSS that teaches men
with developmental disabilities to be independent gentlemen who carry themselves
in a respectful manner.
A.L.O.M.O.-
A Life of My Own (A.L.O.M.O.) is a supportive living program of GCSS that
offers personalized support to those individuals who wish to live more
independently in their own home.
