FamilyEASE offers a
variety of supports and services focused on assisting families and keeping their
loved ones at home. The exact services provided for each family will vary
depending on their needs.
- Respite provides a period of relief for
caregivers, mostly family members, who have the primary, ongoing responsibility
of caring for an individual with developmental disabilities.
- Family Support works not only with the person with
a developmental disability, but with the entire family as a unit. The program is
based on family choice.
- In-Home Personal Support provides regularly
scheduled services necessary to assist persons with developmental disabilities
to continue to live with their family in the community.
Who is eligible?
Individuals three years of age and up diagnosed with a developmental disability.

FamilyEASE:

- Medicaid Waiver Program
- Private Pay
- Third Party Sponsorship
